This is a basic hand held rig I’m using to shoot a series of projects. (A story film, a music video, a documentary,a workout video). It weights in at a whopping 24.8 lbs. Yikes. It’s best to practice doing sit ups and push ups prior to holding this rig or your lower and/or middle back will slap you with pain. I’m also using a camera slider and fluid head on a tripod for other camera shot effects. Super simple, great results.
