I noticed this food cart the other day.. showed up about a week ago. So today I decided to pay a visit. He’s a cool chef from New Brunswick, Canada.  The words BON APPETIT are written above the counter. He has clean kitchen inside. After a quick inspection I ordered up a Buffalo Chicken wrap with fresh greens, cheese, and an 2 slices of a red tomato. The chicken was perfect with a snap of spice. $4. Awesome price. He also makes an Alaska Burger with fresh salmon and french fries. He is the real deal. Hopefully he doesn’t roll away too soon.
